Who we are

MaxFitCore (https://maxfitcore.com) is a home-fitness membership site operated by Bob Moore Marketing, Iowa, United States. Questions about this policy: support@maxfitcore.com.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us when you sign up: name, email address, username and password (stored hashed).
  • Purchase details when you buy the Home Workout Kickstart or an All Access membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Email list details when you request the free 7-Day Home Workout Starter: your name and email are added to our email list (AWeber).
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, caching and basic analytics.

How we use it

  • To create your account, deliver the content you signed up or paid for, and unlock new member content on schedule.
  • To send account and service emails (welcome, password reset, receipts, failed-payment notices).
  • To send workout tips and offers if you joined our email list. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share only what is needed with: Stripe (payments), AWeber (email list), Hostinger (web hosting and email delivery), Bunny.net (video streaming), and YouTube (embedded videos). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to run page caching. Embedded videos may set their own cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can update your details on your Account page, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@maxfitcore.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights, which we will honor.

Retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting, then delete or anonymize them.

Children

MaxFitCore is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
